However, I own a PS2 and am thinking about buying a PS3, and I was wondering if there is an adapter or piece of hardware I can buy that enables me to plug my console into my laptop and play games that way. I never watch TV and the only reason I would want one is in order to play console games.

Can anyone provide suggestions that don’t involve getting a TV, or am I out of luck?

I don’t see an Aux or Input on the TV remote. It’s a PS2.

I am getting gray lines up at the top,middle and bottom of the screen. I also have digital cable–they are clear as a bell when watching shows,movies.
