I love PC gaming, especially for FPSes, my favorite genre. Don’t get me wrong, I <3 Gears of War and Halo. Lately it seems that there's more and more console games and less and less PC games. What do you guys think?

My mom is giving me the choice of either a new PS3, an XBOX 360, or a new computer or just for gaming.
I’m not really sure what I want. I love the XBOX but I also love the Playstation because…well I just do.
She’s giving me a choice of only getting one. So which one should I go with? Give me a reason why you chose also. I don’t want just a single answer. I want to know the perks of each system.
