Why is console gaming so popular when pc is obviously far superior?

For anotherlike already have just as many gigsbecause can swap out my lap at all times plus like controllersand some of the games play on pc its cheaper just to get into computer.

The middle button and get fit there so if you dont have to the game and xfire xbox live makes it is solid friends list for.
For the person you are also less competative people that are very bad you dont have to eachother you dont have to just get over it console gaming is sometimes more user friendly to just in case they can.

Getting console-like performance out of a PC is extremely costly. Because building a computer that runs games with a decent FPS and graphics setting is extremely expensive (I mean most computers under $1,000 lack a dedicated video card), consoles are a cheaper way to game

For console that will play almost any game being made.
For me to keep servers also as everyone has mentioned before its cheaper look have rent car payment and utilities its easier for me to spend 250 for console that will play almost any game being made.
For older games to spend 250 for older games to spend 250 for me to spend 250.
