Which is a better gaming console for a 30yr old guy? PS3 or XBox 360?

I don’t know what is the best option. Please give some feedback from the owners? I don’t play much game but I really like the blu ray. Does xbox have Wi-Fi? Which console have more games for adult and which console has better games period. I just want some feedback. Thanks in advance

One of these is going to be my christmas present.

   ps3
   pros: free online good action adventure games
   cons: i dont know because i dont own one

   360
   pros: good games great shooters
   cons: it messes up ALOT! and online has to be payed for
