Whats the best way to turn your pc into a gaming console?

Would like answers on emulators, controllers, or maybe if there is an operating system(os) specifically for gamming etc.
Also how to play ps3 or xbox etc. if you can.

   well i know you can download emulators and buy controllers to plug in. i havnt done it its just what ive heard. hope i was help!

   The games or xbox because any emulator out currently is not very good and your computer will not have the resources to enjoy pc games best bet would be to enjoy pc games or xbox because any emulator out currently is.

   The 360 controller should handle most of the consolesand is easily installed on your windows computer.
