What will be the next gaming console (Or handheld) and when do you think it’ll be released?

I’ve got no money right now, but I want to save up so that I can buy the next gaming console or handheld the day it comes out. What will it be though? Please back it up with proof from a website if you can, but its ok if you dont.

   The handheld market ps3 and the handheld market ps3 and xbox 360 can still be considered.
