What should I buy to power my gaming console that will hook upto my dvd player in my van?

Most power converters output upto 120v. but i need at least 125v to play my original X-box. Please answer in volts. I don’t know the difference between watts and volts. And I want the converter to plug into my cig. outlet.

   For the 12 dc volts to 110 ac volts to 110 ac volts to 110 ac volts they come in 300 or 400 watt flavor and work for the 12 dc.
