Is there a way to burn a gaming console game onto a disc from your computer?

I was wanting to burn like harvest moon onto one of my other Gamecube game discs, and I was wondering if i could download it somehow on my computer and then burn it onto the disc. Please help.

   erm, I will give you a hint, download games with ntsc in them, and you need a dvd burner. Beyond that, I do not want to go to jail, I just turned 18.

   Backing up your Gamecube games is difficult and takes some expertise: the system tries to prevent it, because that would make piracy easier.
