How do I turn on the video gaming console?

console gaming
Philly Fan asked:

I want to play Madden…inserted the disc…turned it on…TV on Channel 4…nothing happening. Any help?
Oh yeah, the TV screen is all blue. Sorry, I’m not so good with these types of things–never done it before.
What’s TV 1, 2, 3 etc…?
I don’t see an Aux or Input on the TV remote. It’s a PS2.
