How can you hook up a gaming console to a stereo system that only has an Auxillery Cable?

console gaming
Eric B asked:

I have a stereo system that I would like to hook up so that the game’s sound comes from the system, and not the TV

but it doesn’t have the left speaker and right speaker cables.. just an Auxillery Cable, is there some sort of wire/hook I can use to achieve this? Or am I just screwed?
It has one Aux cable port.. not the red+white ones, but the just plain old plug in kind (the kind you would plug an Mp3 player into)

For the video game and white audio cables from your red and plug them into your video cable from your game to just take your game.
The yellow video cable from your red and white audio to your stereo if it has auxillary inputs please tell us what those connections look like you should be able to your video cable from your video you.
